What are oracle cards?

Oracle cards are inspirational divinatory tools for self-discovery and inspiration.

Like tarot cards, they can help us gain clarity to help us overcome the challenges we may be facing, which may lead to spiritual growth and personal development.

Unlike tarot cards though, they don’t have a defined structure. Oracle cards are more flexible in their meanings and interpretations. I love them because the meaning can change based on the person reading the card and the question they’ve asked.

How to use oracle cards

The beauty of oracle cards is that it’s really up to you how you use them.

You can:

  • pull a card a day for inspiration, meditation, or journal prompt

  • pull multiple cards to create a “spread”, that might offer insight into your journey or challenge you’re facing

  • use them as supporting cards to a tarot spread or with other oracle cards.

The inspiration for my oracle cards

I've always been interested in learning things that are helpful to living my best life. Exploring different spiritual practices (like tarot, meditation, and forest bathing) has allowed me to let go for the moment, find peace, balance, and comfort in times of stress, and learn more about myself.

I’ve also been recently obsessed with Pick-a-Card readings on YouTube. They’re a wonderful form of entertainment and scary how accurate they can be sometimes!

So, I wanted to bring a little of this oracle magic through The Path Forward Pocket Oracle Cards I’ve designed & illustrated.

⁠The oracle cards

Each card features a unique illustration with an inspirational quote that encourages stillness, slowing down, getting curious, and will help bring mindfulness to your day.

Use them as a daily inspiration, a journaling tool to discover your thoughts, feelings, and ideas for self-discovery, or as a meditation tool, focusing on the prompt for 10 minutes each day to help bring clarity into your life.

These cards are perfect for on-the-go use or can be framed as a gorgeous wall decor; they are small enough to carry on you all of the time!

This first run has a soft touch laminate finish and spot gloss features, to be sure to make you feel good or make a beautiful gift to uplift someone you love.


APRIL 21, 2023 UPDATE:

I’m currently in the process of reworking these original oracle cards and deck sets.

They will have stronger themes, revised artwork that’s more cohesive, shuffle-friendly paper stock, and improved pricing. There will also be 12 cards per deck AND 3 decks will be released at once; Animals, Elements, and Treasures. All inspired by nature.

This will give you the option to start building a deck that is custom to YOU!

How to use this deck

Shuffle the deck & draw a card (or multiple) to see what inspirations await. Use each card as a journaling or meditation prompt. Or a simple intention for the day ahead.
