By purchasing or viewing a tarot reading, you (“The Querent”) confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms:

You must be 18 years or older to receive a reading.
Tarot readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only and do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. If you need such services, please consult a licensed professional.
Any actions or decisions you take based on this reading are your sole responsibility. I, Amanda Weedmark (“The Reader”), am not liable for any outcomes resulting from the reading.

My readings focus on self-reflection and spiritual exploration, not psychic predictions or fortune-telling. Although that can come through, based on the question / intent.
Readings are meant to empower you, not dictate your future. Know that any predictions or outcomes expressed, may shift due to free will and external factors.
I may reword questions to keep them self-focused, constructive, and aligned with my ethical standards. If you do not agree to a rewording, I reserve the right to cancel the reading.

To purchase a custom oracle card illustration, a tarot reading must have been delivered by me within the last 30 days.
The custom oracle card illustrations are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.
I retain full copyright and intellectual property rights over the artwork and reading. I may use, modify, share, sell, or repurpose the artwork (e.g., for promotional materials or portfolio purposes), but personal details and interpretations will remain private.

Your tarot reading is confidential and will not be shared with others.
Readings are delivered via a private link within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted. If you do not receive it, please check spam folders and contact me.
I am not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or email provider errors. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

All sales are final after 24 hours of deposit payment or purchase of an online reading or custom oracle card illustration add-on.
For tarot readings, if a cancellation is necessary due to circumstances beyond your control, I will offer a credit for a future tarot reading OR a partial refund (cost minus 5%), to cover non-refundable processing fees.
If I need to cancel a tarot reading due to circumstances beyond my control, you may choose between a full refund or a credit for a future reading.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at my discretion.
If you have booked a live session, rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Occasionally, I may share third-party resources (e.g., decks, other readers, counseling services). These are for informational purposes only, and I am not responsible for external sites or their content.
I do not participate in crowdfunding campaigns. To maintain professionalism and alignment with my business goals, I do not endorse, advertise, or market crowdfunding projects.
